Supervisor - Event Services [China]


 
POSITION SUMMARY:
Report to EM - Event Services, the Supervisor is the key person to operate Merchandize, Back of House Dressing rooms, green rooms, ticketing box office liaison, F&B concessions liaison and back of house catering liaison of arena events.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Mainly support Event Services EM in terms of operations for dressing room, merchandize, box office liaison, and F&B liaison. Meanwhile, this candidate will also work in a supportive role and oversee many administrative tasks to ensure all daily procedures run smoothly.
. Assist Event Service EM to prepare all event relevant documents and brief, share and communicate with all related stakeholders
. Assist with the event operations, department logistics and documents processing.
. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for event preparation and arrangement.
. Asist with Event Service EM to carry out the event services set-up and provide support to events held in Arena
. Manage Arena Inventory and order event supplies
. Organize department documents into updated filing systems
. Manage Event Runners' time and attendance system records
. Facilitate cross-departments documents processing
. Process and report on department expense
. Any other Ad-hoc job tasks as assigned by your supervisors as required by the business operations

REQUIREMENTS:
. 1 years+ of Event Services and Venue Operations experience within a similar venue.
. Experience in Arena and Entertainment industry is an advantage
. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
. Manage to work under pressure and extensive hours
. Familar with internal company process
. Good team player with analytical and innovative ideas
. Proficient in MS Office
. Well-organized with multi-tasking skills, and reliable character
