We are currently looking for a CMMS Project Manager for our client's project in Daegu, Korea. Start of the project is as soon as possible. We are offering a great opportunity with a competitive salary, also accommodation and travelling will be provided and organized by our client.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Supporting general maintenance development at the mill including target setting, maintenance strategy, maintenance regime, maintenance routines
- Ensure development and Implementation of Preventative Maintenance Plan
- Support preventive maintenance strategy development based on criticality analysis
- Support improvements of cost controlling methods and reporting
- Define, analyze and improve equipment lifecycle using RCM (Reliability-centered maintenance) or other maintenance philosophy chosen by our customers
- Introduce new maintenance practices
- Support reliable production
- Identify, create, arrange training programs and benchmarking data
- Support budget management
- Lead trouble shooting, root cause analysis and other problem-solving processes
- Network with other locations for troubleshooting, benchmarking and best practices
- Support Maintenance team for Shutdown and Annual Shutdown Planning
- Support collecting data for preventive maintenance from manuals
- Plan preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for the given area
- Ensure there are spare parts available for maintenance tasks
- Participate in project works when instructed by Manager
- Contact suppliers for spare part inquiries or inquiries for technical services
- Act as team leader during maintenance shuts
- Ensure all tasks Maintenance Engineer is looking after are executed in safe manner
- Participate in trouble shooting
- Participate in root cause analyses when instructed by Team Manage
- Prepare job safe analyses together with maintenance Technicians
- Continuously control and guide and develop CMMS (Computerized maintenance management system) and its data project and use
- Analyze and report of KPI and CMMS data
Requirements:
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in Process industry
- 5+ years of experience in Pulp and Paper industry
- Familiar with different maintenance strategies and development methods
- Familiar with CMMS and data collection projects
- Good at speaking in English, especially technical English
- Good communication with external customer and internal team member
- Drive customer success
