Commercial Health Customer Care (CX) Director [South Africa]


 

Is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the client
experience (onboarding & client service), ensuring that processes are
created and optimised to improve the overall client experience with
products or services that support medical practices across South Africa

Drives and continuously improves the client experience at every stage of
the client journey by proposing data driven solutions

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that
enhance the client experience

Leads Onboarding & Client Service Teams namely; Business Consultant and
Fulfilment teams

Qualifications & Experience
● A tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, IT
or related field is highly advantageous. National Senior Certificate
(Matric) is essential
● 5+ years client experience process design and implementation
● 3+ years client service in the healthcare and/or information technology
sectors
● 3+ years project management experience
● 3+ years leading managers of teams

Previous experience in Health Care and Fintech Industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R700,000.00 - R800,000.00 per year
