Business and Market Analyst - Budapest (Hungary) - Your future position?
You will support Raw Materials and Indirect Services and Category Management through market analysis, predictive analytics, should-cost-modeling to improve input on spend coverage decisions, negotiation leverage and information. Ensure the correct daily execution of main responsibilities in market and business intelligence according to the requirements specified in your job description. Take direction from the Team Lead and others in the team on specific tasks. You will be located in Budapest, reporting to the Business & Market Analysis & Sourcing Senior Team Manager.
You will:
Collect data (internal and external) and structure information into database
Run reporting in monthly/quarterly cycle
Analyse past and prospective information
Performs should-cost analyses
Consolidate and visualize data
Create market reports and fact sheets
Communicate relevant information within Procurement and other Givaudan functions
Perform ad-hoc reporting, analytics
Design Data Management and Reporting Tools
Automate production of recurring reports
Maintain existing automation to support STC teams
Build dashboards to meet customer needs using business intelligence tools
Focus on training and gaining knowledge
Work with guidance from Senior Specialists, Experts and Team Lead
Communicate with internal and external partners by phone or by email
Follow service levels and procedures
You:
Diploma: University degree preferably in business administration
Languages: Fluent in English, additional knowledge of French or German is useful
Professional experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
Analytical skills
Knowledge of database tools
VBA/VBS scripting, Web programming - JavaScript
User Experience, Data visualization, Data storytelling
