Main Duties
- Leading and promoting the Bystronic culture and values. Creating a positive and inclusive working environment for all team members.
- Responsibility of the Service P&L and ensure strong alignment with local Subsidiaries in the Budget process.
- Effective execution on Service activities through the Region and local Subsidiaries in line with corporate business targets.
- Driving Aftersales sales budget and contribution margin (CM3), holding team accountable to high expectations.
- Providing the clear direction to ensure a proactive sales culture within service is the norm and is thriving in all subsidiaries under their remit.
- Seamless collaboration with Presidents, Market Heads & Managing Directors to safeguard one voice is given to both our associates and our customers.
- Enabling the Region and the subsidiary teams for success by ensuring all Training programs are given their rightful prioritization, being executed fully with a culture of continuous improvement embedded in the local organizations.
- Effectively balances the needs of the 3 stakeholders in our Business: The Customer, Bystronic & Bystronic Shareholders.
- Actively ensuring the positive impact on customer satisfaction and NPS.
- Driving both the leading and lagging KPIs and targets associated with the role.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
- Familiarity with working in a multinational matrix organization and navigating the priorities & perspectives of many stakeholders.
- Person has a Senior General Management mindset when focus is divided between Sales & a wide variety of operational areas.
- 5+ years experiences in managing, leading, and developing teams in an international setting in multiple cultures.
- Proven consistent track record in delivering results.
- Fluent written and oral English & Korean.

- High business acumen and finance skills, understanding both customer satisfaction, financial drivers & the management of a subsidiary’s CM3 delivery.
- Ability to balance the needs of the customer, Bystronic & our shareholders.
