QC Officer monitor the voice file success by QC matrix which is a tool for measuring sale quality according to the rules and regulations of company and OIC. After that must be record the result into salesforce system by accurate.-
Monitoring and analysis voice file
- Can analysis that approve, or not approve, or return application to TSR to re-confirm correctly information with the customer.
- In case return application to TSR, QC Officer must be record mis-selling Point and provide the correct information to TSR.
- In case Fatal case, QC Officer must be able to identify the reason to TSR. Why this application should be “Withdraw”
- In case cannot analyze voice file, QC Officer must consult with QC team leader to consider
- Recheck scoring of QC Matrix in the system, customer information in the application, memo to get right and correct spelling.
