Job Title: Amazon Virtual Assistant

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team at our office located in Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Amazon seller accounts and perform day-to-day operational tasks.
- Monitor and optimize product listings, including product descriptions, images, and keywords, to ensure maximum visibility and sales performance.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide timely updates on their Amazon accounts.
- Assist in managing inventory and fulfillment processes to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to generate reports and make data-driven recommendations for sales growth.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies and industry best practices to ensure compliance and maximize sales potential.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in managing Amazon seller accounts, including product listing optimization, keyword research, and inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon seller central and familiarity with third-party tools for Amazon analytics and optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces other than Amazon is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
