- Experienced in the healthcare industry
- Able to handle end to end HR department activities
- Must have thorough knowledge and practice in Labor Law and HRM.
- Must be well knowledge in the DOH licensing process
- Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Hands - on experience in Training & Development.
- Must be an expert in Ms Office.
Must have at least 4 years experience in Human Resource Management.Masters in Human Resource Management is Preferred.
